Neill-Wycik's floors are sub-divided into units. Each unit contains 4, 5, or 6 individual bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/lounge common area. Most of our units are recently renovated and the rooms are spacious and bright (due to the large windows). The members of each unit are responsible for ensuring their rooms and the unit itself stays clean.

Our rooms come equipped with:

  • Single Bed and Mattress
  • Desk, Chair and Desk Lamp
  • NWTel Telephone Jack
  • TV Cable Jack

Co-op members are responsible for supplying their own linens and TV service. Use of the NWTel can save members on telephone costs.

Our kitchen/lounge comes equipped with:

  • Stove and Fridge
  • Chest Freezer
  • Double Sink
  • Table and Chairs
  • TV Cable Jack

Co-op members are responsible for supplying their own dishes, cutlery, etc.
